Ghassan O. Hasan
Ghassan O. Hasan has represented a variety of businesses, non-profit corporations, professionals and entrepreneurs throughout California in matters involving real estate and contract law, and business litigation since 2003.
In 2008, Ghassan started the Law Office of Ghassan O. Hasan, which offers civil litigation and corporate general counsel services to clients throughout California, including Los Angeles and Orange County and the Inland Empire. In 2012, Mr. Ghassan received the 2012 L.A. Times Readers Choice Awards for Best Real Estate Attorney in Orange County.
Ghassan graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a BA in political science and history. He obtained a masters certificate in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, and earned his JD from the Howard University School of Law.
Ghassan is an avid reader and enjoys playing golf, basketball and yoga. Ghassan lives in Irvine, California with his wife Somer, his daughter Helena and son Laith.

Roxana Amini, Esq.
Roxana Amini, Esq. handles Real Estate, Family Law and Employment matters at the Law Office of Ghassan O. Hasan. Ms. Amini holds a real estate license and much of her practice involves negotiating property contracts and resolving disputes over easements and CC&R’s. She also handles evictions and unlawful detainer cases for both landlords and tenants.
Named by Southern California Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" in Employment Matters, Ms. Amini has represented individuals and businesses throughout state and federal litigation, including wrongful termination, breach of contract and FEHA/EEOC claims. A corollary to her employment practice includes advising companies and corporate counsel on risk management and employment agreements.
Ms. Amini’s family law practice includes divorce, child custody, child support, property division, domestic violence, marital dissolution agreements and related matters involving estate planning.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Amini oversaw human resources for a resort in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
